We meet the second Friday of each month in a private room on the second floor of the
TA Travel Center
I-70 at Exit 11, Valley Grove, West Virginia

Meetings start at 6pm and everyone is invited to attend.

MEETING ACTIVITIES

6:00PM
Meeting will be called to order, Membership applications will be distributed,
50/50 tickets will be sold and auction sheets will be collected.

6:30PM
Old and New Business will be discussed, the 50/50 drawing will be held,
the auction will be held and applications with dues will be collected.

TIME REMAINING
Members will buy, sell or trade items with other members.

MEMBERSHIP INFORMATION

REGULAR MEMBERSHIPS ARE $12.00 PER YEAR

Any person age 18 or older must join as a Regular Member.
Regular Members may bring a guest to any meeting provided the guest is at least 18 years of age.

JUNIOR MEMBERSHIPS ARE $4.00 PER YEAR

Any person under the age of 18 may join as a Junior Member, provided a parent or legal guardian is a Regular Member.
The parent or legal guardian must be present at all meetings attended by the Junior Member.
